Telecaller – Lead Management

● Manage and respond to leads received through IndiaMART, JustDial, and Instagram on a daily basis ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their requirements ● Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders ● Maintain an updated record of all leads, calls, and conversion status ● Coordinate with the sales/production team for order processing once a lead is converted ● Handle basic customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability ● Share regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions with management ● Ensure a professional and courteous approach on every call to maintain brand image

● Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline ● Prior experience in telecalling, lead management, or inside sales preferred (freshers may also apply) ● Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati; basic English preferred ● Comfortable with high-volume calling and consistent follow-ups ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM/lead sheets) ● Polite, patient, and target-driven attitude ● Ability to handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) will be an added advantage ● Female candidates are preferred for this role
