Regional Sales Manager

● Develop and expand the distribution network (distributors, dealers, retailers) across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas ● Identify and onboard new business partners to increase market penetration ● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers ● Conduct regular market visits to track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends ● Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment ● Collect market feedback on product range, pricing, and quality to share with management ● Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts ● Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales

● Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in Sales/Marketing) ● Proven experience in field sales and distribution network development, preferably in bags, luggage, textiles, FMCG, or similar B2B/B2C categories ● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ● Self-motivated with a target-driven approach ● Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby areas ● Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license preferred ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting tools
