Senior Analyst for Customer support

Handle customer queries through appropriate communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions. Maintain and update customer profiles, records, and data accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Follow up on open queries and ensure timely closure. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. Ensure a positive and professional customer experience. Prepare and maintain basic reports related to customer support activities.

Graduation: Any Graduate Degree. Post-Graduation / Certification: Basic Computer Course or Computer Certificate preferred. Freshers with the required skills may also be considered. Around 1 year of customer support/service experience is preferred. Customer handling and relationship management. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good verbal and written communication. Basic computer knowledge. Working knowledge of MS Office. Data management and record maintenance. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams. Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
