Sales Executive

Develop and manage the assigned sales territory. Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing dealers/distributors. Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities. Introduce and promote new products/SKUs in the territory. Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends. Provide regular market feedback and sales updates to management. Ensure proper order follow-up from booking to delivery. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers. Execute sales plans effectively within the assigned territory. Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Required Qualifications Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in automotive / auto spare parts sales. Proven experience in handling dealer/distributor networks. Post-Graduation is not mandatory. Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket / auto-parts sales. Dealer and distributor network management. Territory development and expansion. Order generation and sales follow-up. Sales target achievement. Collections and outstanding payment follow-up. Product and SKU knowledge. Competitor and market intelligence. Negotiation and commercial understanding. Strong relationship management skills. Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
