Required Qualifications Graduation / Diploma in Travel & Tourism. IATA-certified Diploma/Degree preferred. 12–20 years of relevant travel industry experience. Relevant experience in travel training is required. Industry Exposure Required Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are preferred: Reputed Travel Agencies Airline Ticketing Offices Hotels IATA Institutes Air India International Ticketing Companies Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre. Airline ticketing and reservation knowledge. Airport ground-handling procedures. Travel terminology and geography. Foreign currency exchange procedures. Cargo handling. Knowledge of travel-industry organizations. Practical travel training and classroom delivery skills. Good communication and presentation skills. MS Office proficiency.

Primary Responsibilities :
Deliver training on travel agency and airline ticketing operations. Train candidates on GDS systems, including Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre. Provide practical knowledge of airport ground-handling procedures. Train learners on basic travel terminology and travel geography. Explain foreign currency exchange procedures relevant to the travel industry. Provide training on cargo handling and related processes. Familiarize trainees with organizations and institutions associated with the travel industry. Develop and deliver practical, industry-relevant training sessions. Share real-world industry knowledge, examples, and best practices. Support learners in developing job-ready skills for the travel and aviation sector.
