PURCHASE & ADMIN MANAGER

Manage domestic and international procurement, inventory, warehousing, and supply logistics. Plan and coordinate international procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing and availability of materials and equipment. Coordinate with local and international logistics partners to plan and monitor daily delivery schedules. Track shipments, deliveries, procurement timelines, and inventory movement to ensure timely execution. Coordinate across multiple channels and stakeholders to ensure procurement and logistics deadlines are met. Work on AI-based logistics planning and sourcing solutions to improve operational efficiency. Support e-commerce portal integration with the company's inventory and stocking systems. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, warehouse requirements, and replenishment. Handle office administration, operational requirements, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office support. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and management to ensure smooth operations. Maintain proper procurement, inventory, logistics, and administrative records.

3–5 years of relevant experience in: Import & Export Logistics International Procurement Inventory Management Warehousing & Supply Chain Strong knowledge of international procurement and logistics processes. Experience coordinating with domestic and international logistics partners. Good understanding of inventory planning, sourcing, warehousing, and delivery management. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working with technology, digital platforms, and AI-based logistics/planning systems. Candidates should be willing to manage both procurement/logistics and office administration responsibilities.
