Primary Responsibilities :
• Build financial models from scratch (DCF, projections, cap tables, sensitivity analysis) for companies raising capital • Build investor pitch decks: market sizing, unit economics, financials, and the narrative that ties them together • Run industry and company research to support deal positioning and investor targeting • Own parts of investor outreach: shortlist relevant investors, maintain outreach trackers, run email and LinkedIn campaigns • Speak directly with founders to pull data, validate assumptions, and pressure test the story before it goes to investors • Handle investor communication: fielding questions, follow ups, and relationship management through the raise • Track pipeline and outreach status across multiple live mandates in parallel
