Sales executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales channels. Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements. Present and promote products/services to customers. Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update CRM/sales reports. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications Graduate degree in any relevant discipline. Relevant experience in sales/business development. Experience in handling B2B/B2C customers depending on the business requirement.
