Finance & Business Performance Manager

 Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
 Prepare management accounts, KPI dashboards and board reports.
 Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity.
 Improve collections and reduce DSO.
 Analyze profitability by project, customer and business unit.
 Support pricing and commercial decisions.
 Monitor budgets and identify cost savings.
 Support investment due diligence and financial models.
 Improve ERP utilization and reporting automation.
 Ensure IFRS, VAT and audit compliance.
 Plan and manage bank facilities and company finance requirements.

 Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
 CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
 8–12 years of relevant experience.
 Technology, engineering, consulting or project-based business experience.
