Financial Accountant – FP&A & Business Performance

 Maintain the General Ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
 Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
 Perform bank, customer, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations.
 Prepare VAT returns and support external audits.
 Maintain the fixed asset register.
 Assist with annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
 Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
 Support cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
 Monitor accounts receivable and help improve collections and reduce DSO.
 Analyze profitability by customer, project, service, and business unit.
 Support pricing decisions through financial analysis.
 Improve ERP utilization and automate recurring reports.
 Strengthen finance processes and internal controls.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business.
 Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
 Power BI and ERP experience preferred.

Experience
 5–8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
 Experience in technology, software, engineering, consulting, or project-based
businesses preferred.
 Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, or FP&A is highly desirable.
