Job description
- Minimum 2 years of relevant bakery experience.
- Working knowledge of bakery preparation, baking techniques, and equipment.
- Understanding of ingredient handling, storage, and inventory practices.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with senior chefs.
- Good time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.
What you will do
- Assist in preparing and producing a variety of bakery products according to standard recipes.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately to maintain consistency and quality.
- Handle ingredients properly and ensure correct storage to preserve freshness.
- Operate bakery equipment and tools while following safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages or quality concerns to senior staff.
- Support daily production activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and support continuous improvement in bakery operations.
