Job description

What you will do

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
• Manage the assigned bakery section and ensure efficient day-to-day production.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality of finished products.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
• Execute recipes accurately and make necessary adjustments to meet production standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Guide junior staff and assist in training new team members.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and other bakery team members to meet production schedules.
• Manage time effectively, resolve routine production issues, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to improving production efficiency, reducing wastage, and maintaining consistent product quality.
