Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Export and Import Pricing

Work Profile:

• 1. Will have to procure rates for the inquiries received from Shippers.
• 2. Attending to pricing inquiries from Customers and Internal Sales team.
• 3. Candidate will have to quote both freight and custom clearance charges
• 4. Negotiating best competitive rates
• 5. Ensuring maximum conversions of inquiries
• 6. Should have sound operation knowledge also of Export Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) – In depth knowledge of Air export Procedure and Pricing. Must be aware of airline prefixes and codes and INCO Terms, Countries and Airports. We require someone who has worked with a a freight forwarding company and has dealt with exporters or importers. He/she must have experience for procuring rates from shipping lines and airlines and then preparing quotation and sharing with importers and exporters for their queries.

• Required Experience in Years (Min /Max): 1 to 5 years
