Job Description:-
ï‚· To coordinate with clients & agencies for Flight & Ticket bookings
ï‚· Processing booking with necessary applications for tour packages.
ï‚· Will have to maintain record of tickets , flights and client based
ï‚· Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss the clients travel
requirements.
ï‚· Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers.

Experience Requirements:

Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Strong knowledge of airline ticketing processes, fare calculations, and regulations.

Ability to handle booking amendments, cancellations, and refunds.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing tickets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
