SEO/SEM Specialist

Our SEO team is expanding, and we are looking for a full-time SEO/SEM expert to manage our customers' search engine optimization and marketing activities. This role requires managing all SEO activities i.e. content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Primary Responsibilities :
- Support multiple websites.
- Recommend changes to the website, content, linking and other areas to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery and optimization
- Implement tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify key trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI from search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, estimating monthly costs
- Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor links
- Develop and implement link-building tactics
- Engage with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented properly
- Work with the content team to drive SEO in content creation
- Manage and post manage blogs developed by content writers.
Desired Skills:
- 3+ Years of SEO management
- Proven SEO and SEM experience managing
- PPC campaigns. Experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, Keyword or other platforms)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
