Job Description • check and report any equipment problems to Area Manager• Wastage control• food serving quality control• segregation of waiters in restaurant• preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly, Monthly• control stock levels and ordering• Plan the employee roaster & transportation and discuss with the Multi BranchManager• Make sure all staff have the necessary Gov documentation when operating andreport any issues• Make sure all branch gov documentation is in place when operating and reportany issues
