Position : Franchise Manager Exp : 3+ Years Work Type : WFO Work Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarath 380015 Salary: 35000-40000INR Responsibilites : Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough assessments to ensure alignment with the company's values and standards. Assist franchise partners in setting up their operations, including site selection, training, and initial launch activities. Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, including guidance on business operations, marketing strategies, and customer service. Monitor the performance of franchise outlets and implement strategies to maximize their profitability and success. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all franchise outlets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement franchise expansion plans and initiatives. Act as a liaison between franchise partners and the company, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for franchise growth.   Experience Required : 3+years of experience as a Franchise manager      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.      • Extensive franchise sales experience.      • Consistent and proven sales results, exceeding expectations.      • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with contracts and franchise information.      • Clear, informative, and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written.      • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.      • Continuous improvement mindset, ability to work autonomously, and excellent situational judgment.   Desired skills:   Leadership Salesforce Quick Books Negotiation Marketing P&L Management customer service Inventory Management Team Building Conflict resolution Operational efficiency Compliance monitoring
