Business Development Officer
Job description
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Experience in security services, facility management, housekeeping, or manpower services will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Pune and PCMC.
What you will do
- Identify and approach potential clients for security, facility management, and manpower services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and other sales activities.
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on enquiries and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and business acquisition targets.
- Travel within Pune and PCMC for client meetings and site visits.
