What you will do

• Key Responsibilities:

• and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

• strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different
• industries.
• Ø  Create and
• execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
• Ø  Conduct
• in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and
• cultural fit with clients.
• Ø  Manage the
• entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference
• checks.
• Ø  Facilitate
• the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
• Ø  Coordinate
• with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
• Ø  Stay
• updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable
• insights to clients.
• Ø  Conduct
• market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation
• packages.
• Ø  Maintain
• accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant
• tracking system.
• Ø  Provide
• regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the
• recruitment process.
• Ø  Ensure that
• all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
