Position : Franchise Manager. Exp : 3+ years Work type : WFO Work location : Ahmedabad Responsibilities : Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough assessments to ensure alignment with the company's values and standards. Assist franchise partners in setting up their operations, including site selection, training, and initial launch activities. Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, including guidance on business operations, marketing strategies, and customer service. Monitor the performance of franchise outlets and implement strategies to maximize their profitability and success. Desired skills : Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Financial management Franchise operations strong background in franchising.
