Assistant Resident Engineer

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in engineering or construction management, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with project management processes and construction methods.

Skills:

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Knowledge:

• Understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
• Knowledge of contract administration and quality assurance processes.

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Teamwork:

• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.

Language:
