What you will do

• Sales Leadership & Department Ownership
• Take complete ownership of the Sales Department and all revenue-generating activities.
• Lead multiple sales verticals under a unified growth strategy.
• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, execution, and results.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage sales teams across BDE, BDM, Team Leader, Sales Manager, and Vertical Head levels.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
• Revenue & Growth Management
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue plans.
• Drive predictable revenue growth across all business units.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and sales performance.
• Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, business models, and expansion strategies.
• P&L and Financial Management
• Own the Sales Department’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Manage sales budgets and resources efficiently.
• Optimise customer acquisition costs and improve profitability.
• Monitor key financial and productivity metrics, including:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Cost per Lead
• Sales Team Productivity
• Revenue per Employee
• Gross Margin Contribution
• ROI & Business Performance
• Establish measurable ROI frameworks for sales initiatives.
• Evaluate the performance of lead generation campaigns, sales teams, marketing-sales alignment, bidding platforms, partnerships, and alliances.
• Ensure effective utilisation of sales and business development investments.
• Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create actionable growth, market penetration, and expansion plans.
• Establish account growth and key account management frameworks.
• Build scalable sales processes, SOPs, and operating frameworks.
• International Business Development
• Drive business growth across international markets.
• Develop strategies to acquire global clients and expand market presence.
• Build strategic partnerships and business alliances.
• Strengthen the company’s global positioning and brand presence.
• Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop teams across all sales functions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and development sessions.
• Build succession plans for key sales leadership roles.
• Establish learning and development initiatives to improve team capabilities.
• Process & Performance Excellence
• Define KPIs, KRAs, and performance metrics across sales teams.
• Implement dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure CRM adoption, data accuracy, and sales process compliance.
• Use data-driven insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Forecasting & Reporting
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, revenue reports, growth projections, market analysis, and expansion plans.
• Provide regular updates to management on performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Delivery, Project Management, HR, and Finance teams.
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments, client expectations, and operational capabilities.
• Support smooth client handovers and long-term account growth.
