Previous professional experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines and dishes.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in Madagascar.

- Plan menus and develop recipes based on business requirements.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure proper food storage, portion control, and presentation.
- Monitor kitchen inventory, manage food supplies, and minimise wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
