Job description
Previous experience as a Barman, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Good hygiene, organisation, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and proper presentation.
- Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately.
- Follow responsible alcohol-serving practices and all applicable safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
