- Monitor and supervise crusher plant operations, focusing on breakdowns and improving machine efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive reports for every machine breakdown, detailing the incident and proposed solutions.
- Implement maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on crusher plant operation and machine maintenance.
- Conduct weekly meetings to discuss maintenance issues, improvements, and collaborate with different departments.
- Ensure effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with various departments and personnel.
- Oversee the movement and operation of movable vehicles on the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the site.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize site performance.
