Job description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any of the following disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Post-graduation is not required.
Relevant technical or sales experience is preferred.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in internal sales, technical sales, sales coordination or a related role.
Experience in preparing techno-commercial quotations and coordinating with customers and vendors will be an advantage.
Freshers will not be considered.
Required Skills
Basic technical understanding of engineering products and specifications.
Ability to prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations.
Strong customer and vendor coordination skills.
Good follow-up and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

What you will do
- Provide back-office support to the sales team for daily sales activities.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and offers based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, technical specifications and delivery timelines.
- Assist in preparing proposals, cost estimates and related sales documentation.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, customer communications and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
