Restaurant Manager
Job description
An executive chef manages the kitchen and restaurant operations. They are responsible for the quality of food, staff performance, and menu development. They also ensure that the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations.
What you will do
- Qualifications & Requirements �
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). �
- Minimum of 3–5 years of restaurant management experience. �
- Strong leadership and people management skills. �
- Proven ability to deliver excellent guest experiences. �
- Knowledge of POS systems, food/beverage service standards, and customer care. �
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Attributes Customer-focused, hands-on leader, problem solver, adaptable, team motivator, and resultsdriven.
