Job description
Proven experience as a Private Chef, Home Cook, or Personal Chef.
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine; knowledge of other cuisines will be an added advantage.
Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and ingredient management.
Ability to understand and follow the family's food preferences.
Must be reliable, disciplined, trustworthy, and well-organized.
Should maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a private household.
Flexibility to work according to the family's schedule.
What you will do
- Prepare fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals for the family as per their preferences.
- Plan daily menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Prepare a variety of cuisines based on family requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage grocery and kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper food safety, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, health requirements, and special meal requests.
- Manage food preparation and serving schedules efficiently.
- Prepare meals for guests and special occasions whenever required.
