Performance Marketing Manager
Job description
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Practical experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of Firebase, GA4, and app analytics.
• Experience with app event tracking, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, funnel analysis, CAC, CPI, and ROAS.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Drive mobile app installs, user acquisition, engagement, and conversion growth.
- Use Firebase, GA4, and app analytics tools to monitor performance and derive actionable insights.
- Implement and validate app event tracking, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze acquisition funnels and campaign metrics, including CAC, CPI, and ROAS.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign creatives, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, and landing or
- app funnels.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to campaign efficiency and growth.
