What you will do

• Production and Assembly Oversight 
• Collaborate with the General Manager to schedule production runs, manage workflow, and allocate 
• resources effectively. 
• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely availability of materials and resources for assembly 
• processes. Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. 
• Lead the production, ensuring processes are executed according to established guidelines and 
• quality standards. 
• Operate the PCM mixing tanks and PCM filling machine. 
• Monitor assembly processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, addressing any issues that 
• arise during production. 
• Ensure the use of the Quality System, manuals, procedures, records as well as Good Documentation 
• Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.  
• Assemble and flat pack packaging. 
• Monitor production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing 
• corrective actions as needed. 
• Conduct regular quality checks during production and assembly to ensure product consistency and 
• compliance with specifications. 
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, documenting any issues and communicating them 
• to management. 
• Inventory Control 
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock.  
• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Analyse inventory usage trends and communicate replenishment needs to General manager and or 
• purchasing departments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. 
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, generate reports on inventory status, and 
• recommend improvements based on analysis. 
• Team Leadership: 
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work 
• environment. 
• Train and mentor production team on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage, 
• including forklift operation. 
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: 
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning, including cleaning and 
• lubricating equipment. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with machinery, escalating more complex 
• problems to the General manager and or technical person. 
• Document maintenance activities and report any significant repairs or adjustments needed. 
• Safety and Compliance: 
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment. 
• Participate in safety training programs and follow all safety protocols while operating machinery. 
• Additional Duties: 
• Due to the size of the organization, employees may be asked to take on tasks beyond their core 
• responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the company. These tasks are assigned based on 
• the skills already required by the role, so no additional expertise is needed. However, for tasks that are 
• not essential to the role, training will be provided, as outlined in the Training Matrix, to ensure 
• employees are fully equipped to handle them effectively. 
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager to support overall company 
• operations. 
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and 
• effectiveness. 
• Help keeping the work area neat and tidy. 
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials for assembly processes 
• Label and store items in designated locations.
