What you will do

• A. Strategic Operations & Executive Leadership
• ● Business Strategy Execution: Translating corporate strategy into scalable operational
• plans across manufacturing units, warehouses, and sales channels.
• ● Cross-Department Governance: Leading and aligning Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain,
• Finance, HR, and R&D functions toward unified revenue and growth targets.
• ● P&L Accountability: Full responsibility for P&L optimization, cost reduction, margin
• expansion, and operational budget management.
• B. Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Operations
• ● Supply Chain Optimization: Complete management of end-to-end FMCG supply chain
• from raw material procurement to finished goods distribution.
• ● Distribution Network: Managing Super Stockists, C&F Agents, Distributors, and direct retail
• distribution channels across Bihar and adjacent regions.
• ● Inventory & Warehouse Management: Overseeing central/regional warehouses, inventory
• forecasting, shelf-life management, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery protocols.
• C. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• ● Coordinating with Regional Sales Heads to drive primary and secondary sales targets in
• Urban and Rural FMCG markets.
• ● Expanding distribution footprint, new product launches (NPD), trade schemes, and market
• penetration strategies.
• ● Reviewing key account performance, high-value commercial deals, and distributor
• management systems.
• D. Manufacturing, Quality Control & Plant Operations
• ● Ensuring smooth plant operations, production planning, capacity utilization, and equipment
• efficiency.
• ● Strict implementation of quality assurance benchmarks, FSSAI compliance, ISO standards,
• and safety norms.
• ● Driving lean manufacturing practices to minimize operational waste and production
• downtime.
• E. Financial Control, Risk Management & Governance
• ● Monitoring operational expenditure, working capital management, and credit cycles for trade
• channels.
• ● Liaisoning with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal teams to ensure 100%
• statutory compliance.
• ● Building risk mitigation strategies
