What you will do

• A. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
• ● Onboarding & Induction: Driving smooth onboarding processes for corporate staff,
• warehouse workers, and extensive field sales teams (ASM, Sales Officers, SRs).
• ● Offboarding & Exit Management: Managing resignations, exit interviews, clearance
• protocols, full & final (F&F) settlements, and attrition analysis.
• ● Employee Records & Master Data: Maintaining accurate digital and physical records,
• personal files, and master data for all region employees.
• B. HRMS Administration & Daily HR Operations
• ● Complete ownership of HRMS software (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, or Workday).
• ● Attendance, leave tracking, geo-tracking validation, and shift management for field force and
• warehouse staff.
• ● Resolving daily employee grievances, helpdesk tickets, and operational workflow queries
• promptly.
• C. Payroll Management & Compensation Operations
• ● Preparing input data for monthly payroll processing including attendance, biometric logs,
• leave deductions, variable pay, and incentive payouts.
• ● Managing sales incentive calculations, TA/DA validations, and expense reimbursement
• claims verification.
• ● Auditing salary registers and coordinating with the finance team for timely salary
• disbursements.
• D. Statutory & Labor Compliance
• ● Ensuring 100% adherence to Bihar state labor laws, Factory Act (for warehouses/plants),
• Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, LWF, and Gratuity.
• ● Managing inspections, liaisoning with government labor officials, and keeping statutory
• registers fully updated.
• ● Overseeing third-party contractor management, blue-collar staffing compliance, and contract
• labor billing audits.
• E. Field Sales Force & Warehouse Operations HR
• ● Partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to handle high-volume field hiring
• operational logistics.
• ● Managing employee engagement initiatives across distributed field sales locations and
• warehouse units.
• ● Facilitating Performance Management Systems (PMS), annual appraisal cycles, Probation
• reviews, and KPI tracking.
