What you will do

• Job Title: Business Development Manager (Packaging)
• Job Location: Sri City, Tada, India
• Markets: Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rest of the regions in south India
• Key Deliverables
• ï‚· Applicants having a knowledge of Indian Paper & Packaging Market are preferred with a track
• record of growing existing accounts.
• ï‚· Develop business plans to meet Company sales objectives.
• ï‚· Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• ï‚· Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks .
• ï‚· Generate leads to achieve sales targets.
• ï‚· Sales team recruitment, orientation and target management.
• ï‚· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the
• system.
• ï‚· Update management on business process, operating plans and profitability.
• Eligibility:
• ï‚· Candidates with a background of business development in Packaging are preferred.
• ï‚· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• ï‚· Proven record of building volume, market share and profit on established and new
• businesses.
• ï‚· Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
