Business Development Manager

Job description

What you will do

• Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and target market segments. �
• Collaborate with senior management to define business goals and support the achievement for revenue targets. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients / develop a business plan for year
• year. 
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to ensure the company’s value proposition is effectively communicated 
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the business development process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination  
• Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals. 
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and competitive positioning 
• Track and report on business development performance, including sales pipeline, key metrics, and progress toward goals. 
• Risk analysis / Identification of technical & commercial risk. Prepare mitigation plan. 
• Prepare "RFP" Techno
• commercial Bid and estimation for various international / Domestic tenders . Bid submission.
