Network Engineer (L1)
Job description
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices.
Provide basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Configure and support switches, routers, and wireless access points under supervision.
Perform basic IP address configuration, subnetting, and VLAN assignments.
Monitor network performance and escalate issues when required.
Assist with network cabling, patching, and rack installation activities.
Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and inventory.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Coordinate with senior engineers for network implementation and troubleshooting.
