Responsibilities: You will be leading a team of Business Development Associates to generate
revenue for Mentoria from it's B2C stream. It will be your job to ensure you and
your team connect with every registered user and mentor them, help them
understand the benefits of the Mentoria Solution and create urgency to invest
• Divide the team between online/tele-sales and offline workshops - ensure
that both verticals are profitable and generating good revenue.
• Train members to get the right script, lead nurturing process, follow-up
process and creation of urgency.
• Manage the SEO/SEM team to create a strong B2C brand.
A quick summary of your responsibilities:
Manage the BOA team, listen in on their phone calls to give them feedback,
monitor their daily and weekly targets, create a scalable process for calling
and lead nurturing and ensure that daily/weekly sales goals are achieved.
Get on calls with B2C clients yourself to understand challenges and solve
them, and generate revenue - as you will have your and your team's targets
Upselling additional Mentoria benefits to paid clients, creating Mentoria's B2C
strategy and ensuring that revenues are growing exponentially.
Consistently fixing Mentoria's sales, CRM, nurturing and follow-up processes,
experimenting with strategies to get greater revenue in lesser time with lesser
