- Prior experience in Travel sector handling B2B
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales Revenues through agents assigned to the Store P&L
- All major sales promotion to be highlighted at the store.
- Overseeing the entire store operation.
- Tie-up and managing business through Travel Agents.
- Be the point of contact for Franchisee, Agents & TF
- Timely MIS and Report generation
- Seamless interface for cross-functional follow-ups.
- Ensure complaint resolution within specified time frame
- Ensure daily remittance and posting of collections
- Recruitment and training of Franchisee staff
- Relationship management with customers and key accounts
- Ensuring Company policies and all processes are adhered to.
