Responsibilities – Recruitment & Employee Relations
Hiring and coordinating with Recruitment Consultants
Job Posting on Job Portals
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities – Offer letter / Appointment letter
Conducting Induction Plan
Facilitating F & F / Exit formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as
per the requirement in consultation with the management
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
Facilitating Performance Management System / Annual Increment
Manage festivals & other celebrations
Employee Engagement Activities
Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation
Responsibilities – Payroll Processing & Admin
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Follow up on statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in the human resources field (beyond
summer or short-term internships).
Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Demonstrates a highly professional and cooperative demeanor with supervisors and
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to keep all matters appropriately confidential is necessary.
Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
