Job Title : Deputy General Manager/ General Manager
Business : International Sales — South East Asia Oceania Countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia,
Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand)
Deputation : Delhi Office Band : DGM /GM
Reporting To : Business Head – Sales > Director
Role Objective
To handle International Sales Portfolio for APAC Region
Job Responsibilities
Organizing and managing the APAC sales function/team
Participation in leadership discussion, planning, & strategizing
Establishing a strong relationship with international customers/partners and influencers
Establishing and managing effective sales management & sales & operations planning / sales
execution processes
Developing and managing a partner/influencer network (architects, engineers, structural designers,
etc.)
Develop strategic sales & marketing plans in line with the company's objectives and strategy; direct
the execution of these plans
Establish and implement sales management processes market & competitor analysis, lead
management, customer / account management, sales operations, performance management of
sales & marketing teams etc.
Establish and implement appropriate partnership / alliance strategies to enhance company's
presence & objectives
Manage and control the sales & marketing budgets. Manage and control the pre-calculation process
Responsible for generating sales related MIS as per company requirements
Contributes to the development of new products / services based on market requirements and in line
with company's objectives
Identify / formulate marketing campaigns / services that will lead to building company's presence in
the marketplace as well as achieve sales objectives
Develop and run the business as an entrepreneur and scale it to the next level.
Mentoring a large team and encouraging them for career development and high performer
Revenue Management M-O-M, Weekly, bi-weekly as per business projection.
Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills to lead and manage a large team.
Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
Acquiring new businesses and tapping into new business avenues
Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients, brand, and
stakeholders to keep an active understanding of market and business trends
Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the business across industries, sector and
geographies
Researching new markets and emerging market trends.
Formulating and implementing a holistic business plan for scaling business YOY.
Position Qualification
Candidates from the Building Material Industry will be preferred (Paints, Faucets, Sanitary ware,
Glass, Chemical, Cement, Hardware)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience: 18 - 22 years.
The Age limit is 45 years’ maximum.
Salary Budget: Between 60 - 70 Lacs (Including 10% variable)
Handled turnover of around 150 Cr.
Education Qualification
Regular Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) from reputed Institute is a must.
Post-graduation will be an add on.
