Roles and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for cold calling and managing all the leads and customers.
2.Responsible to organize the sales visits and schedule sampling as and when required.

3.Ensure proper delivery of quotations to the customer as and when required and do follow up for Closure of the same.
4.Generate new leads and specify products in various project like metros, Govt., CPWD, Railways,
MES, Architects, developers etc.
5.Maintaining and increasing sales of companys products by doing cross sales and up sale of the product or service.
6.Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
Industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
7.Responsible to achieve the individual target.
8.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
9.Compile and update sales data and submit the same to the management. (Hard and
Soft Copies).
10.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11.Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
12.Employee is responsible for payment collection as and when required.
13.Submit daily and weekly sales report to the immediate reporting authority.
14.Be the part of meetings and sales review meetings and responsible to plan your
Day and week in advance.
15.Managing events & exhibition if company organize in an over India.

- Experience into building material industry
- Connection with the Architect, builder, Developers, PMC's.
- Good at communication
