The Senior Sales Engineer will report to Sales Director.
Job Overview
Young Dynamic Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics background Engineer’s with 2+ years of
experience in Institutional/Project Sales, having good relationship with Architect’s, Panel
Builders & Contractor’s.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive plans and achieve the sales targets in the
assigned region stipulated by the management.
Responsible to implement & achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and
strategies as per the business sales forecast of department.
To foster & monitor sales revenue by offering one step solutions to potential customers
in segments like - Electrical Contractors, Builders, Architects, Panel Builders,
Infrastructure.
Identify and develop potential customers in the assigned segment and maintain the
healthy relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region, ensure In-
House Share % of existing/new customers grows year on year.
Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate, and close the order in line with
company policies.
Intra-department coordination with the organization to deliver the best services &
solutions as per the commitment given to customers.
Qualifications
Qualification: BE/ Diploma in Mechanical OR Electrical OR any Graduate from a
recognized university.
Should have strong customer base of Electrical / EPC Contractors, Developers,
Architects, Consultants etc.
Should have good Communication skills.
Should have good Sales Skills.
Should have knowledge of electrical drawings.
Taking initiatives and goal-oriented engineer required.
0 - 2 years of Experience in the Marketing or sales.
