Experience Requirements:3+ Years of experience developing web apps in Ruby on Rails Experience developing web apps in javascript, HTML, & CSS Acted as the primary owner/developer of several components or features Strong development principles, including experience with testing and TDD, odject-oriented design, and higher-level system design Working directly with non-devs (designers, PMs, user researchers, etc) to ship great products Passionate about building using Agile and Lean methodologies
