We are looking for a Human Resources manager to lead our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR STAFFING PROCESS INCLUDING RECRUITING, INTERVIEWING AND ON BOARDING, DEVLOP TRAINING MATERIALS AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTPROGRAMME SO THAT THE EMPLOYEE UNDERSTAND THEIR JOB RESONSIBILITY.
- DESIGN AND IMPLIMENT EMPLOYEE RETENTION STRATEGIES.
- MAINTAIN H.R. SYSTEM AND PROCESS.
- ENSURE ALL COMPANY H.R. POLICIES ARE APPLIED CONSISTANTLY.
- EXPERIENCE OF HOSPITAL INDUSTRY FIRST PREFERENCE.
- MUST HAVE A STRONG COMMUNICATION TION SKILL.
- ABILITY TO FOSTERE HEALTHY EMPLOYEE RELATION.
- NURCTURE A POSSITIVE ENVIRONMENT.
- PAY ROLE KNOWLEDGE MUST
Requirements and skills
- A BACHELOR DIGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE IS REQUIRED
- Work experience as a H.R. MANAGER minimum 5 years in hospital industry or similar role
- Experience in strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Communication and problem-solving skills
