Job Summary
We are looking for a competitive and organised Location Head to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of branch office, local recruiting and training and building a sustainable business pipeline.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
- Maintenance of branch office records any other activity required as per compliance.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating of team members.
- Taking responsibility for overall profitability of the branch.
- Scheduling and attending meetings by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Discussing and assessing clients current and future insurance needs.
- Negotiating policy terms and costs for clients with insurance provider.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and also recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by summarizing the sales meetings and business done.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Achieving sales targets as agreed at the time of appointment.
