Job Description:
We require a motivated candidate who has experience in sales and marketing. A candidate that has worked in the transport/logistics industry knowing the know-hows of the industry. We will be willing to accept an executive from an A/B GRADE logistics firm to promote sales in our company. Some experience in sales is a must and in case the person knows about the area and has some years of experience with the clients and GIDCs of the region then it will be very much preferred.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: A graduate is a must. We are looking for young professionals with overall experience of 2-3 years only. Good communication skills and be able to contact and reply to clients via mail.
Good reporting skills, as he will be required to login per day visits into the CRM. And report to his senior for any issue at the time of negotiations with the clients with respect to rates/operations.

ROLE & DUTIES:
Visit new prospective clients in the region to add in the company. Make necessary return meetings if required, make proposals etc.
Make a routine of existing clients of the area for adding new business from them and even building associations.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to seniors.
Report daily incoming goods details to the operations team for planning dispatches on time.
Incase of any pickups for the day from the clients of his region, plan the same with the operations team himself to provide on time pick up service.
Should know how to reach and find new clients by the way of cold-calling, online searches, GIDC directory etc.
Daily inputs of client visits in the systems with proper remarks.
Weekly update with face to face meeting with the regional head.
Monthly update to the sales head.
