Job Description:
We are looking for a regional sales head to expand our customer base and increase sales of this region.
Tobe successful the candidate must have prior experience in sales in the specific region knowing the potential areas and client base for planning the targets. He should also know how to supervise a team of sales force.
ROLES AND DUTIES :
Create regional plans and sales targets.
Improve/Increase company’s serving locations in Punjab via office/agency/associate keeping in mind the profitability.
Support branches in case any operational or sales support is required.
Monitor the regions outgoing is within a good TAT. That means monitoring every branch's operational functionality every day.
Develop sales of large accounts of the region.
Hold proper evaluation meetings of the sales force of the region to discuss the sales of each branch and provide support where needed.
Participate in monthly discussions with the directors for new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role OF ATLEAST 8 YEARS.
Familiarity with CRM software and google sheets.
Understanding logistics operations.
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Formal communication skills for rate quotations and all with the clients.
Prior sales experience in this region.
Ready to build and assist sales for around 50,00,000 monthly.
Undergraduate degree is compulsory.
