DESIGNATION: SALES OFFICER
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for adventure sports, Domestic &
International tour packages, Hotel Bookings, Group Tours, Visa Services, Conference & Events in
Demonstrating a strategic approach in penetrating new accounts and driving the sales process
through the selling environment to close deals
Understanding adventure industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements,
Establishing executive level, long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell
Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and
supports Company revenue and profitability targets
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback
and information on market and creative trends.
Identify opportunities for Trade shows (at State & National Level) that will lead to an increase in
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique
selling propositions and differentiators
Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
Regularly meeting corporates and channel partners for sales opportunities
Achieving sales targets
0-3 years corporate sales experience
Proven Track Record in over achieving performance targets
Demonstrated experience to ensure healthy sales pipeline and business growth
Self-starter with Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Fluency in English is compulsory
