We are looking for a HR Executive with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Handle Payroll part.
- Grievance handling.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills

Desired Skills:
▪ Ensure the HR records are maintained and updated regularly
▪ Report and publish HR dashboard reports – headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.
▪ Point of contact to all employees for all HR matters
▪ Work with the central Comp and Bens structure to ensure compliance to salary and grading structures

Experience Requirements:Role and ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibility:This person will ensure that all Regulatory matters pertaining to company set-up and operations vis-à-vis licenses,approvals, statutory and regulatory compliances are met, documented and tracked. Regulatory affairs of medicalpractices to be ensured through proper channels. This role is accountable for regulatory affairs at a center level.He/she will be In-charge of the HR and admin function of the healthcare center and act as a single point of contactfor all Admin and HR related activities of the center.This role will report to the center manager and will have an indirect reporting to the corporate team.
