Responsibilities:

• To prepare, implement and administer thorough implementation of quality control and assurance policies.
• Perform monitor scheduled inspections and test to ensure quality check of raw material and finished goods.
• Lead the team of quality assurance and quality check for supporting daily production activities.
• Co-ordination and proper monitoring of incoming and outgoing samples in the company with proper analysis and record keeping.
• Enhance awareness among production supervisors for reducing material rejections and waste due to quality issues.
• Lead ISO documentation and help cultivate culture of quality assurance with periodic trainings and internal audits.
• Responsible to represent organization during external audit and certifications/re-certification.
• Identify and undertake improvement projects for quality enhancement.
• Prepare and finalize training materials, operating manuals, standard operating procedures, and checklist for driving quality assurance across production activities.
• Ensure preparation, analysis and representation of periodic data reports and MIS to management
