• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with their luxury product purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and generate new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship building.
• Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with the latest luxury product trends, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory levels, pricing structures, and promotions to optimize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to the growth of the Luxury Division.
• Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and organized to promote a luxurious shopping experience for customers.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and provide after-sales support as needed.
